Established in 2005, Weifang Shengtai R&D Center focuses on the research and development of new technologies and products in the deep processing of starch and starch sugars. With biotechnology at its core, the center integrates R&D, office space, pilot production, and product demonstration areas, covering approximately 2,000 square meters. Equipped with advanced testing equipment such as high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC), as well as multiple pilot-scale devices, it can conduct systematic R&D work from experimental research to pilot-scale amplification, providing strong support for the company's continuous innovation.

The R&D center currently has over 100 professional R&D and testing personnel and has established a technical expert committee, bringing together numerous industry experts and high-level talents. The center has built R&D platforms such as the Shandong Provincial Corn Biorefining Engineering Technology Research Center and the Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, and has obtained CNAS laboratory certification. Simultaneously, it actively collaborates with multiple universities and research institutions to continuously improve its technological innovation capabilities and product development
